Prices ran from ₩3,850 to ₩41,330, but the real decision in this list wasn’t cost — it was how many people you need.
Two / four / fifty
It Takes Two needs exactly two. You can’t even launch it alone — but only one of you has to buy it, so the real cost is halved.
PEAK needs four, roped together climbing a mountain. One person slipping drops everyone, so being short-handed raises the difficulty rather than the fun.
Hell Let Loose Vietnam is fifty versus fifty. The scale means you don’t have to gather anyone, but it only works if you follow squads and supply lines. Charging off alone doesn’t work, so it’s a mismatch if you want an FPS you can carry on personal skill. It also had this episode’s smallest discount at 10%.
Playing alone? Then it splits on volume
Among the single-player entries, time demands vary enormously. Assassin’s Creed Odyssey and Divinity: Original Sin 2 want dozens of hours; Sanabi is short and dense.
Divinity in particular runs straight back from Baldur’s Gate 3 — pouring water to conduct electricity, weaponising terrain, is the prototype of what that game does.
Two games that flip between day and night
Need for Speed Heat earns money in legal day races and reputation in illegal night ones. Get caught at night and the day’s earnings vanish.
Dying Light turns the hunter into the hunted after dark. Both use the same device — one as gambling, the other as horror.
